Wake you up on threads gone cold.

Save offset patterns once. Apply them with one click. Each offset fires only if the thread is still un-replied — the moment you reply, the chain dismisses.

The loop

4 steps
01

Save a pattern

A pattern is a list of offsets (e.g. +1h / +3h / +1d / +3d) with a label.

02

Apply to a thread

One click from the extension pill, or auto-attached via a Watcher rule.

03

Worker schedules

All offsets inserted as durable pg-boss jobs at once. Survives restarts.

04

Fires conditionally

Each offset checks Gmail reply state. Un-replied → surface in floater. Replied → cancel.

Spec

what you configure
Offsets

1–10 entries per pattern, in minutes / hours / days. Built-in templates included.

Note

Free-text per reminder. Shows on the floater row at fire time.

Source

MANUAL (you clicked), AUTO_WATCHER (rule attached), FOLLOWUP_FALLBACK (untracked-thread sequence).

Auto-dismiss

Any reply from any client (Gmail web, mobile, addon) cancels the whole chain.

Floater actions

Snooze (re-offset), Dismiss (cancel one), Drop (cancel chain). All idempotent.

In practice

Internal nudge

+1h / +3h / EOD. Coworker replies at 11am — entire chain cancels silently.

3-day fade

+1d / +3d / +1w on a prospect recap. Track shows open; reminder still fires (engagement ≠ reply).

Watcher-attached

CEO assistant emails → Watcher tags + 4h reminder. Surfaces in floater if no reply by lunch.

Drop the chain

Realized a 2-week chain was overkill. One Drop click cancels all remaining offsets.
